Terms of Service
The terms under which institutions and individuals use Valueapps.

1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of the Valueapps platform and mobile app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to bind that institution.
2. Accounts and access
Institution accounts are provisioned by an administrator with role-based permissions. Individuals may self-register on the mobile app for valuation insight. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Licences and fees
Institutional use of Valueapps is provided under an active licence for the agreed term and modules. Individual valuation-insight searches are charged per search. Fees are payable in advance; access may be limited where a licence has expired or a subscription is not active.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate valuation, surveying, land, rating, and compensation work. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorised to, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
5. Your data
You and your institution retain ownership of the records, documents, and data you enter. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of the data you capture, including data about project-affected persons.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, with backups and monitoring, but the service is provided on an 'as available' basis. We may update, maintain, or modify features to improve the platform.
7. Disclaimers
Analytics, comparables, and valuation outputs are decision-support tools. Professional judgement and applicable standards remain the responsibility of the qualified practitioner. Valueapps does not itself provide valuation, survey, or legal advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable licence or subscription. On termination, access ends and data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and any agreed retention terms.
